After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.

Divine Book Store accept money transactions by Visa, Master Card, and Maestro.

To pay through your credit card, you need to enter your card details, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number displayed at the back of the card. As you enter the card details, you will be channelized to the bank’s page for submitting your secure online transaction password.

Debit Cards

Divine Book Store accept money transactions by Visa, Master Card, and Maestro Cards.

To pay through your debit card, you need to enter your card details, expiry date (optional for Maestro card users), and three digits CVV number displayed at the back of the card. As you enter the card details, you will be channelized to the bank’s page for submitting your secure online transaction password in order to conclude the payment.

The customer can view information about their order status, including its current state. The “my account” area also allows them to examine their data.

You can check the progress of your orders by clicking the link labelled “my orders” on the “my account” section page. Click the “order no” button to view the status of a certain order.

Before their order is shipped, buyers can cancel it at any moment. Please get in touch with the website with the order information if you want to cancel.

Usually, vendors process orders and send purchased items within the time frame mentioned on the product page. However, Sundays and national holidays are not included in the working days. The availability of the product, the identity of the seller, and—most importantly—the distance between the delivery location and the vendor’s place of business all have an impact on the delivery time.

Although there are two modes available:

• Money will be transferred to your Divine Book Store wallet. This is only applicable when Divine Book Store is the seller.
• Money will be refunded back to the bank account from where the order amount was first made.

After we are assured of the cancellation of the product ordered, we will initiate the refund process as per your preference.

Unless the item has been delivered to you, you can cancel the order.

For Cancelling your Order,

• Log in to your account and visit your “my order” page.
• Select the items you want to cancel and click on the “view details” feature to see the details of your order.
• From there you can cancel the order by clicking on the “cancel” link.
• You also need to mention the reasons for cancelling your order and choose a mode of repayment and confirm if you are sure to cancel it.
• Once your cancellation has been approved, we will ensure the process of your refund.

Pending authorization pending: your order has been entered into a log and we are waiting for authorization from the gateway of payment.

Authorized/ under processing: we have received the authorization from the gateway of payment and we have marched off your order.

Shipped: your order has been sent by vendors and is on its way.

Cancelled: the order has been cancelled.
